With over 16 years of pediatric nursing experience caring for children across the spectrum, her work has always centered around supporting families and ensuring every child receives the comprehensive care they deserve.
Brittani's passion for complex care deepened through personal experience supporting a family member with complex medical needs and technology dependence. She witnessed the challenges families face, the gaps in the healthcare system, and the impact that coordinated, empathetic guidance can make.
Today, she brings that insight to pediatric clinics and childcare organizations that want to provide stronger, more coordinated care — without burning out their staff.
